食材准备(1-2人份)
●猪里肌二块
●低筋面粉少许
●海盐、黑胡椒适量
●蒜味酱烧酱汁:豉油一匙、味醂一匙、米酒一匙、番茄酱1/2匙、糖1/2匙、蒜泥2-3颗、酱油膏1/2匙。
做法:
1、将猪里肌用纸巾擦干,在脂肪的地方断筋
2、撒上海盐、黑胡椒、面粉,用手稍微按压一下,再反过来另外一面相同的步骤操作。/3放3、入油锅煎至金黄色,可以翻面
4、两面都煎熟,把酱汁搅拌均匀倒入,收乾酱汁即完成。

豉油一匙、味醂一匙、米酒一匙、番茄酱1/2匙、糖1/2匙、蒜泥2-3颗、酱油膏1/2匙。
