2.把西红柿去蒂,再切成丁,鸡蛋磕入碗内,搅打均匀,香菜切末,葱切葱花。

3.把面粉倒进盆内,将水龙头调到滴水状态,把装面粉盆放于水龙头下,一边用筷子搅拌,把面粉搅拌出大小均匀些的面疙瘩,一定要均匀,大小别差的太多,大小不均,煮时容易生熟不均。

4.锅内加入油烧热,下入葱花爆香,再下入西红柿丁翻炒,将西红柿丁翻炒至变软,炒出水。
